Hire is charged per full day. Setup and clear-down should be completed within the same day.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hall and is included in your hire.
You may serve alcohol at your event but you may not sell it. The Norfolk Centre does not hold an alcohol licence and the kitchen is not inspected for food hygiene, so no beverages or food can be sold on the premises.
No. We kindly ask that all hirers leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. An annual deep clean is carried out by our team.
